Yesterday evening, I was studying for my English test when my phone rang. My friend was calling me to ask about the homework. While I was talking to him, my brother was watching TV. At the same time, my mother was cooking dinner in the kitchen. I was feeling tired, but I had to finish my homework. Later, my father was reading a book in the living room. The whole house was busy with different activities. It was a normal evening, but everyone was doing something important.
